We are happy to recommend Natalie, owner and trainer of Pawsitive K9. We had a great in-home training experience with Pawsitive K9. Natalie provided handouts for each of the sessions to guide us through each week’s lessons. The handouts took the worry out of trying to remember the important areas of training that we had each week. They were clear, contained helpful hints, included appropriate hand signals, and each week’s handout had our “homework” outlined.
The gentleness, playfulness, and complete devotion that Natalie uses in her “benevolent leadership” training was a perfect complement to our philosophy of what we wanted for our sweet Daphne. Natalie was able to focus on critical areas of our particular dog’s needs each week, adjusting her training to accommodate the areas we needed to focus on for Daphne.
After researching several trainers, we are so happy we chose Pawsitive K9. Since our Daphne is only four months old, we probably will want to explore more of what Natalie can bring to Daphne as she matures. Knowing we have a resource for the future growth of Daphne with a caring and professional trainer brings a great deal of confidence to us as we train our new family member to be playful but polite.
