I hired a trainer because while I have had dogs my whole life and I think I know what I’m doing… I really don’t. I wanted a well behaved dog with good manners in public. I wanted a dog that I could walk without issues. Most of all I wanted my dog to be trained in a benevolent way. My natural way is to yell “No”. This training helped me reinforce the positive. After nine sessions my dog is crate trained and potty trained. We can go into public and have the basic skills necessary to help him not jump on everyone. We go on long hikes. It really gave me the fundamentals to continue to train him in a manner that is beneficial for both of us. I highly recommend Pawsitive K9 Trainers.
