Natalie is a wonderful, positive, and patient dog trainer with clear methods and helpful training materials. She has a clear approach to training starting with the obvious beginner lessons and advancing to more advanced manners. But she is totally flexible when it comes to certain issues we wanted to focus on. She uses both verbal cues and hand signals, which may come in handy as our dog ages and may lose his hearing. It is obvious she loves dogs and is always concerned with their comfort and ability to focus.
